Official Rules — “AI Survey Giveaway (iPhone Air)”

1. Sponsor

This promotion (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by ELVTR US LLC, 2810 N Church Street Suite 86079, Wilmington, DE 19802 (the “Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States and the United Kingdom, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, officers, directors, agents, and immediate family or household members of the Sponsor or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, or promotion agencies are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on October 31, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) and ends on November 21, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) (the “Promotion Period”).
Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
Sponsor’s clock is the official time-keeping device for this Giveaway.

4. How to Enter

1. Complete the AI Survey through the official invitation link during the Promotion Period; and
   
   
2. Provide a valid email address at the end of the survey to confirm your entry.
   
   

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address during the Promotion Period.
Automated, bulk, or duplicate submissions are void.
No purchase, payment, or obligation is required to enter or win.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive an Apple iPhone Air (Approximate Retail Value: $1,199 USD / £1,099 GBP).
No cash alternative or substitution is permitted, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion if the advertised item is unavailable, in which case a comparable device of equal or greater value may be awarded.
Prize is non-transferable.
All taxes, duties, and shipping or handling fees (if any) are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, nor affiliated with, this Giveaway.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, within seven (7) days of the Giveaway closing.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided and must respond within 48 hours to confirm acceptance and provide required delivery details.
Sponsor may request reasonable verification of eligibility (such as name, age, and mailing address).
Failure to respond or verify within the stated time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

7. Publicity Release

Where lawful, by entering, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their first name/initials and general location (e.g., “John S., London, UK”) in promotional materials, media pitches, and reports summarizing survey results, without further compensation.

8. Privacy

Personal data collected in connection with this Giveaway will be processed in accordance with Sponsor’s
Privacy Notice.
Data will be used solely to administer the Giveaway, contact the winner, and communicate aggregated survey findings.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.
Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all respects.
Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the Giveaway may violate criminal and civil laws and will result in disqualification.

10. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claim or cause of action arising from participation in the Giveaway or receipt/use of any prize, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or data loss.

11. Disputes

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without class action, exclusively in the appropriate courts located in Delaware, USA.

12. Winner List

To obtain the winner’s name, send a written request to ELVTR US LLC at the Sponsor address above within 30 days after the end of the Promotion Period, with the subject line: “AI Survey Giveaway Winner Request.”
