1 ORGANIZATIONAL DESIGN PLAN

Develop a plan to improve the organizational design of a company. You can apply these principles in your own workplace to get more out of your team or show off your skills to potential employers.

Record a 3-minute video pitching your plan to senior management or stakeholders.
