Map out what drives both you and your team to keep motivation levels high. You’ll learn how to create a healthy culture at work that inspires every member of your team – including remote workers.

1 ORGANIZATIONAL DESIGN PLAN

Develop a plan to improve the organizational design of a company. You can apply these principles in your own workplace to get more out of your team or show off your skills to potential employers.

Assignment #02: Develop a plan to redesign the organization or team structure in your workplace. If you don’t have a current team to consider, identify the organizational capabilities missing in one of your recent workplaces and describe the steps needed to introduce them. Record a 3-minute video pitching your plan to senior management or stakeholders.
